Perfect Conditions at the Mottolino Park
Today’s event saw the guys rock the perfectly shaped Mottolino park in the beautiful APT Livigno and SkiPassion Snow-Ski Area. Willett’s winning run included a Switch Backside 1260, Frontside Double Cork 1080 and a Backside Double Rodeo, which scored him miles ahead of his opponents. Collecting another great result this season, he has moved up the Swatch TTR world ranking list into No.11 and with tomorrow’s format he has lined himself up in an excellent position to move into the Top 10.

With his 2nd place today, Gjermund entered the Swatch TTR Top 10 and now sits in World No. 9. He was content with his performance and was measuring up his chances to move into the Top 5. “The jumps were perfect and I had a good feeling…It would be a dream come true for me to be in the TTR Top 5. I got one more contest tomorrow, so we will see how that goes. But just being in the Top 10 is so great.”
